Gecko Perfectly Camouflages Against Tree

A reptile keeper has showed fascinating images of his mossy leaf-tailed geckos perfectly camouflaging with tree branches.

Stonemason Dave Bagshaw is a reptile enthusiast who keeps three mossy leaf-tailed geckos inside vivariums at home in Macclesfield, Cheshire.

The 34-year-old took fascinating images of the geckos lying on tree branches whilst perfectly camouflaged with the bark, to the point that they would be invisible if it wasn’t for their shiny yellow eyes.

Dave says it was these reptiles’ ‘tremendous’ camouflaging abilities which drew him to become a keeper.
