Last Night’s NBA Wagering Results

There were 7 games in the NBA last night. Let’s take a look at wagering results. Phoenix-Cleveland was tied at 114 at the end regulation but it was already over the total of 220. In OT the Suns went on a 2-4 run to cover the -12.5.
Coming off of a loss to the Magic on Monday night, and playing in the second game of a back-to-back, Detroit Pistons head coach Dwayne Casey had his young squad ready to play. They battled the playoff bound Charlotte Hornets down to the wire before losing 102-99 and covering as a 4-point dog. The under 218 was an easy double-digit cover.

In a matchup of Eastern Conference powers Brooklyn travelled to Milwaukee. The Bucks played well throughout and won 124-118 covering as 1.5-point favorites. They beat the Nets for the second game in a row with both Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant in the lineup. The final score just barely squeezed under the 242.5 total by ½ a point.
Sacramento hung on to beat OKC 103-99 with OKC getting the cover as a 5.5-point dog. Under 227 was an easy 25-point cover.

New Orleans covered the number as a 2.5-point favorite winning 108-103. Stephen Curry put up 37 points in the loss but made only 8 of 20 3-pointers. Lonzo Ball led the Pels with 33 points 6 rebounds and 4 assists while making 7 of his 13 3s. Another easy under covering by 24 points.

Dallas beat the Heat by 14 in Miami 127-113 to win big outright as a 3.5-point dog. In this game the over 216 was an easy 24-point cover. This was a big game in the playoff race for both teams. Dallas moved int o a tie with the Lakers for 5th place in the West while Miami dropped a game behind Atlanta for 5th place in the East.
The Clippers beat Toronto 105-100 at home but the Raptors covered as 10-point dogs with under 218.5 coming in as a double-digit cover.

In summary the dogs covered in four of the seven games and the under covered in five of seven.
With about 7 games left in the regular season there is a scramble for playoff seeding and the play-in games that should make for some interesting hoops action.
