The first two games between Milwaukee and Miami this season were a home and home matchup in late December. They split those two games with each team winning one. The first game Milwaukee was -6 with a total of 226.5. They lit it up from the three-point line making 29 of 51 and racking up a 144-97 victory easily covering the 6 point spread and going over the total. In the second game the following day Miami returned the favor winning 119-108 as 6.5 point dogs with the total squeaking under the 228 number by one point.
The Heat are 39-31 SU, 33-35-2 ATS and 37-33 on the Over/Under. They currently tied for the fifth seed in the Eastern Conference with the New York Knicks. Miami has won four in a row and six of their last seven. They have also covered in all six of those victories. They went under the total in Thursday night’s win over Philadelphia but went over in ten straight games prior to that.
Milwaukee is 45-25 SU, 31-39 ATS and 40-29-1 on the Over/Unders. The Bucks lost to the Heat in 5 games last year in the second round of the playoffs. Milwaukee is currently in the third spot in the Eastern Conference one game behind Brooklyn who is in the second spot and five and a half games ahead of Atlanta in fourth. If Brooklyn beats Chicago in an early game Saturday afternoon it will make Milwaukee’s final two games of the regular season meaningless.
Take the Miami Heat -4.
